You are invited to:
- connect with the space and observe what happens inside of you
- develop awareness and communicate on your inner state
- connect with the animal, vegetal and mineral life in and around the space
- set a container for your addictions (tobacco, phone, coffee…) and observe your relationship with them (there is a physical container for phones if you wish)
- be conscious of the impact on others of what you change, add or remove in the space
- be conscious of the impact of your un-contained emotional state (containing is not repressing: all emotions are welcome)
- compartmentalize activities, by opening and closing movements with presence
- welcome whatever comes up for you at any moment
- be present with what others are sharing
- …and to personally commit to these practices for the love of yourself, without any judgment, punishment nor reward
