Le Céou is a space where you are invited to listen deeper.

It is a place we come to turn our gaze inward and carefully lean in to hear the subtle messages life is whispering to us from moment to moment. By entering you understand it is a place where cultivating an atmosphere of peace and care is elemental, and thus you commit:

to respecting the space and all beings and objects within it
to being aware of the surroundings, the close neighbours of Le Bouscot
to being aware of others sharing the space and their emotional states/need for space
to taking responsibility for your words, actions and their consequences
to not use the space as an escape but rather as leverage to come back to yourself
